  • Brows, Lips, & Eyeliner

    • Do not consume alcohol, caffeine, fish oils, or nicotine for at least 24 hours before your procedure. Consumption of these items can cause excessive bleeding, interrupt your skin’s healing process, and create increased sensitivity.

    • Exfoliate the area & moisturize your skin for 1 week prior to your appointment to prep your skin for the procedure.

      • LIPS: Exfoliate AT LEAST 4 days prior and 2 days prior using a sugar scrub. Use a night lip mask daily for 1-2 weeks.

    • Please eat something 20 - 30 minutes prior to your appointment. The appointment will take roughly 3 hours. Do not plan anything too closely after your appointment so that we are not rushed.

    • If you bruise easily, we recommend taking Arnica before and after your procedure. Arnica is available at most health food stores. *This applies more for lips and eyeliner.

    • If you are required to take antibiotics before dental procedures, please follow the same instructions from your doctor before your procedure.

    • If you are on blood thinners, check with your doctor to make sure you can go 24 hours without them. To be safe, it is advised to cease taking blood thinners for at least 1 week prior to your appointment. You make take them right after the procedure is finished.

    • Botox & fillers must be done at least 4 weeks before or after your appointment.

    • BROWS - Please avoid any products containing Retin-A or AHA for 2-4 weeks prior to the procedure for your brow area. These products severely thin the skin and can cause excessive bleeding and interrupt your skin’s healing process.

    • LIPS - If you are prone to cold sores or have had one in the past, please take an anti-viral prescribed by your doctor. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you are unsure, please use the over-the-counter supplement Lysine at least 1 week prior to your appointment. You can take your anti-viral and lysine together to increase prevention of cold sores.

    • EYELINER - If you are using a lash growth serum, you must stop use 2-4 weeks prior to you appointment. You can resume use 4 weeks after your appointment.

    • You may request a patch test 2 weeks before the procedure. We are required by the color manufacturer to offer that to you (done behind your ear), but it is not needed. A patch test dose not ensure that you will not develop a reaction at a later time.

  • Lashes (Lash Lift)

    • Do not wear eye make up or contacts to your appointment.

    • For optimal results, take a break from eye make up and/or curling your lashes for 24 - 48 hours.

    • Extensions must be removed at least 1 week prior to the appointment.

    • If you want to grow your lashes prior to your appointment, I recommend 'Grande Lash' growth serum. Please use as early as you can before your appointment.

  • Skin (CIT)

    • Come to your appointment with a bare, cleansed face.

    • Following the procedure, use a gentle cleanser when you get home to rinse your face and apply serum and moisturizer. Do not plan to go out too long after your procedure.
